Pratum Companies is seeking a Community Manager (Affordable) in Florida to oversee LIHTC and Section 8 properties. You will manage leasing, occupancy, and regulatory compliance, ensuring high service quality for residents.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and coordinating maintenance while leading a team and sustaining strong resident relations. A strong understanding of HUD/LIHTC policies and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Section 8 regulations
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office
• Certification in property management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Ensure LIHTC and Section 8 compliance and maintain required documentation.
• Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports; monitor rent collection.
• Foster positive resident relations and organize community events.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety inspections; supervise staff.
• Lead and train staff; promote teamwork and accountability.
• Build relationships with local agencies and stakeholders to support services.
