Ideal candidates bring leasing or property management experience, strong organization, and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license and tech-savviness with software tools are required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing or property management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and property software.

Responsibilities

• Be the right hand to the Property Manager and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Manage rent collection, issue late notices, and post payments.
• Maintain tenant ledgers and post daily cash receipts with accuracy.
• Handle bank deposits and keep finances on track.
• Process property invoices and support resident relations.
• Foster a welcoming, professional atmosphere for residents.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing, safety, and environmental laws.
• Utilize software tools to streamline operations.
