Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management and related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Develops budgets by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Sets rent rates to meet revenue targets and ensures timely collection.
• Approves vendor invoices and coordinates with accounting and owners.
• Controls expenses within approved budgets and manages petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions.
• Gathers market data and implements short- and long-range leasing strategies.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and coordinating maintenance.
