RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead site teams and coordinate daily operations for a multifamily property in Texas. You will drive leasing performance, budget adherence, and property maintenance to meet financial goals and owner expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with experience in property management software and leasing strategies. A weekend-ready schedule and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of supervisor/leadership experience in property management.
• Multi-Family Property Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Entrata Yardi and/or One Site is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate a team of property staff.
• Meet revenue goals through leasing and marketing strategies.
• Conduct budget modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyze market trends and implement improvements.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and collections.
• Manage client/owner relations and contractor/vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety, upkeep, and curb appeal of the property.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues.
• Develop market relationships and monitor competition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
