Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned property and supervise community associates.
• Attract, screen, and select residents per program laws and regulations.
• Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns for apartment leasing.
• Maintain rent collection procedures and deposits.
• Monitor vendor activities and inspect properties for move-in readiness.
