Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full Time Community Manager for Mission Village of Cheyenne. The role oversees on-site staff, drives leasing/marketing, and manages budgets to maximize NOI while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Wyoming licensing is required and some travel to Greely and Evan Colorado is expected. A strong background in Tax Credit Housing and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost control experience.
• Lead on-site staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Tax Credit Affordable housing properties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities for the property.
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms and laws.
• Monitor resident relations and retention strategies.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and safety programs.
• Provide required reports and financial data.
