Job summary

Envolve LLC is seeking a Community Manager for Wheat Ridge Town Center & Town Center North in Wheat Ridge, CO. You will oversee on-site staff, drive leasing and marketing, and manage budgets to maximize NOI while ensuring resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong financial management, leadership, and communication skills, with willingness to travel for training. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager or equivalent management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• HCCP Certification preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned property.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities to maximize occupancy and NOI.
• Manage on-site staff and coordinate vendor services and projects.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets; monitor financial performance.
