Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Full Time Community Manager for Mission Village to oversee daily property operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations. You will lead on-site staff, develop budgets, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while maintaining market-ready units.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of property management experience, strong financial skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial management skills and be well versed in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to lead site staff in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
• Solid multi-tasking skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Must have solid understanding and experience with Tax Credit Affordable housing properties.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays when the business requires.
• Must be able to travel for training and occasional business meetings.
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college strongly preferred
• 3 years of property management and/or equivalent experience required
• Must have a valid drivers license

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the property and on-site staff.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Analyze market conditions to optimize NOI and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with all lease obligations and fair housing laws.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety across the property.
• Generate reports and monitor vendor contracts.
• Maintain resident relations and retention programs.
• Ensure property readiness and unit readiness.
