Job summary

Dominium is seeking an on-site Community Manager for Woodside Village, a 160-unit apartment community in Greeley, CO. You will oversee daily operations, occupancy goals, and resident relations while supervising staff and maintaining compliance with the company's policies.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and leadership skills, and involves budget oversight, vendor coordination, and ensuring a safe, presentable community for residents.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree required; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Professional designations (ARM/COS/RAM) or similar are preferred.
• Experience in multifamily property management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and maintain occupancy, appearance, retention and compliance.
• Train and supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage hiring/policy adherence.
• Maintain resident relations and resolve issues in a timely manner while ensuring payments and move-ins/outs are processed smoothly.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing procedures, and vendor contracts; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with Marketing on leads and maintain communication with residents; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Supervise outside contractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.
