Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Galleria area in Houston to oversee daily property operations, lead the onsite team, and drive occupancy and revenue goals. The role requires coordinating leases, budgets, and vendor relations while upholding company standards and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of property management experience and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills, with a preference for a degree in Business Management or Real Estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the onsite team to meet budgets.
• Analyze financial statements and market information to guide strategy.
• Oversee lease administrations: applications, renewals, notices, and evictions.
• Ensure maintenance standards and safety across the property.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; communicate with owners and clients.
