Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in Houston. You will lead a team, manage budgeted finances, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws while delivering strong service and performance.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency with major property management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to lead or work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and processing collections.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and inspections.
• Perform regular property inspections and supervise staff.
