Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management and leasing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop property budgets by analyzing financials and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and managing collections.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance staff.
• Inspect property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Hire, train, and coach property staff; manage performance.
• Engage with owners and provide property performance updates.
• Complete financial and administrative reports.
