Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Property Management preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of property leasing experience or related skills.
• Minimum 3 years of property management/operations with budgeting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Serve as liaison with Government and local entities.
• Manage daily operations of a multi‑family military housing property.
• Ensure budget adherence and maximize cash flow after debt service.
• Lead marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue; monitor market trends.
• Prepare reports and maintain records on management activities.
