Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community in Saint Paul, MN. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, set rent strategies, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, resident relations, and team leadership to meet occupancy and revenue goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the onsite team.
• Assist in developing property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and reviewing monthly reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Oversee lease enforcement including applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Monitor market trends to inform marketing and leasing strategies and drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure maintenance staff follow company standards and respond to resident service requests.
• Supervise staff hiring, training, and performance; support owner relationships and property tours.
