Envolve Community Management, LLC in Perry, GA is seeking a hands-on Community Manager for Berkshire Apartment Community. You will lead on-site staff, drive leasing and marketing, analyze markets, and manage resident relations and budgets to maximize NOI.

Qualifications include 3+ years as a Community Manager or Assistant, proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with OneSite/Yardi/eSite preferred, and willingness to travel and work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with OneSite, Yardi and/or eSite preferred.
• Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays when required.
• Must travel for training and occasional meetings.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• HUD/Section 8 knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the property.
• Lead on-site staff, leasing and marketing activities.
• Perform market analysis and manage budgets.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure market-ready units.
• Monitor lease obligations and enforce policies.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and property maintenance.
