Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with property management software is preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays when needed.
• Ability to travel for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned property.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities to maximize NOI.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and lease obligations.
• Supervise on-site staff and vendor contracts.
• Maintain property conditions and perform regular inspections.
