Envolve Community Management, LLC seeks a competent Community Manager for Berkshire Apartment Community in Perry, GA. You will oversee on-site staff, lead leasing and marketing efforts, analyze market trends, and maintain resident relations to maximize satisfaction and retention.

The role requires budgeting, HUD/Section 8 knowledge, and adherence to Fair Housing laws. You will coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors, ensuring cost control and regulatory compliance while delivering

Qualifications

• Must have strong resident relations and budgeting skills.
• HUD/Section 8 knowledge is required.
• Experience with affordable housing programs is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.

Responsabilités

• Manage on-site staff and leasing activities.
• Lead marketing and resident relations efforts to maximize retention.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and lease obligations.
• Oversee property maintenance and vendor contracts.
• Monitor NOI through cost controls and revenue optimization.
• Ensure units are market-ready and conduct regular property inspections.
