Job summary

You will handle leases, move-ins, rent collections, and turnover coordination while maintaining accurate resident records in OneSite.

This role requires at least two years of residential property management experience, solid English writing and speaking skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential property management experience.
• Ability to fluently read and write English.
• Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use resident management software.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease and move in prospective residents.
• Maintain excellent customer service with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Direct efforts to maximize rental income and occupancy through sales plans.
• Prepare and administer budgets with the Community Manager.
• Review and approve Final Accounting Statements (FAS) with state compliance.
