The role focuses on resident retention, marketing, and advertising programs, compliance with tax-credit requirements, and providing strong leadership to maintenance and leasing

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day property operations.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax-credit or set-aside requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and implements a marketing plan for the property.
• Maintain occupancy levels at approved rental rates.
• Prepare and monitor operating budget and reports.
• Achieve high NOI through cost control and revenue management.
• Respond to resident issues and emergencies.
• Direct hiring, training, and supervision of staff.
