Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of the housing community under Regional Manager guidance
  • Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management
  • Develop and monitor yearly operating budgets/forecasts
  • Monitor rent collections, deposits, vendor invoices, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing, and safety standards
  • Lead on-call emergency response and maintain property conditions
