Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community in Vacaville, CA. You will supervise staff, handle leasing, maintenance, and budget management while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

The role requires at least 2 years of affordable housing experience, knowledge of LIHTC/HUD programs, and strong leadership. On-site presence, reliable transportation, and proactive resident relations are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs (e.g., LIHTC, HUD programs)
• Experience supervising on-site staff and leasing operations
• Ability to develop operating budgets and track financials
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the housing community under Regional Manager guidance
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management
• Develop and monitor yearly operating budgets/forecasts
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, vendor invoices, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing, and safety standards
• Lead on-call emergency response and maintain property conditions
