Job summary

Avanti Residential in Monument, CO is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily property operations, optimize occupancy, and drive asset preservation in line with regional goals.

You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors and the Service Manager, and mentor the Assistant Community Manager to cover duties in your absence. YARDI knowledge and strong compliance with resident laws are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of supervisory responsibility or previous Assistant Community Manager experience required.
• 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of resident and eviction laws and YARDI software preferred.
• CAM certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation required.
• Wonderlic pre-employment assessment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Director to formulate and manage annual budgets for the community.
• Work with DOIS & Business Managers to complete financial responsibilities.
• Maintain budget adherence and respond to monthly variances.
• Maintain full property occupancy and budget goals.
• Drive property performance using KPI dashboards and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager to manage vendors, contractors, and insurance certificates.
