Job summary

Middleburg Communities is seeking a Community Asset Manager in Florida to lead the full lifecycle performance of a rental community, maximizing asset value while delivering a hospitality‑level resident experience. You will drive NOI optimization, leasing velocity, and a high‑performing team aligned with asset goals.

You will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and capital plans, collaborating with on-site and regional teams to ensure superior service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong grasp of asset operations including budget management, financial reporting, and capital planning.
• Sales and leasing expertise with track record of achieving occupancy goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with RealPage OneSite, Knock, Excel, and digital marketing platforms; knowledge of landlord‑tenant law.
• Experience in new construction communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of NOI targets through rent growth, lease‑up pacing, and expense control.
• Oversee development and execution of annual business plans and budgets; forecast revenue, expenses, and capital needs.
• Interpret financial performance reports and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Lead on-site sales and leasing activities to achieve aggressive lease‑up goals and maintain visibility with key prospects.
• Deliver a hospitality‑forward resident experience and lead a resident‑first culture.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high‑performing team; conduct regular evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord‑tenant laws, and safety protocols.
