Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management.

Responsabilités

• Develop property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and collecting payments.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement and property inspections.
• Analyze market trends to guide marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and coordinate maintenance.
• Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assist in owner relationship management and property reporting.
