Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to fulfill Home Leasing’s mission and ensure service quality.
• Oversee maintenance tasks: inspections, work orders, preventive maintenance, contracts and vendors.
• Inform Supervisor of deferred maintenance, deficiencies, and resident concerns in writing with locations and recommendations.
• Review and approve invoices, monitor accounts receivable and assist with budget management.
