Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Sunrise Mobile Home Park in Cocoa, FL. You will interact with residents and prospects, provide excellent service, and help drive occupancy while supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities include rent collection, enforcing standards, maintaining the office, following up with applicants, and upholding Fair Housing guidelines. A bilingual Spanish skill set is preferred and some admin experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of admin experience in an office setting.
• 1-2 years of proven excellent customer service experience.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with computers and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and prospective residents, delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist with reaching a 100% occupancy rate and market the community to maximize occupancy.
• Help with 100% rent and fee collection in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company home standards and walk the community daily.
• Maintain the property office and complete general office work to deadline.
• Follow up on prospects and applicants and meet Fair Housing guidelines.
