Riverstone Communities in Ft Pierce, Florida, seeks a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to support two mobile home parks: Pine View and Seminole. You will engage residents, market vacancies, and help maintain occupancy and rent collection.

Requirements include bilingual Spanish, 1–2 years admin experience, strong customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to walk and lift up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• 1-2 years administrative experience.
• Strong customer service across channels (in person, phone, email).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple locations.
• Able to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and prospective residents to provide excellent service.
• Assist with achieving 100% occupancy and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Help with 100% rent and fee collection and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with company home standards and inspect the property daily.
• Maintain the office to required standards and meet deadlines for general tasks.
• Follow up promptly with prospects and applicants.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and related regulations.
• Assist as acting Property Manager in the Manager’s absence.
