Riverstone Communities in Florida is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager for two communities: Pine View Mobile Home Park and Seminole Mobile Park in Ft Pierce. The role focuses on superb resident service, marketing to sustain occupancy, rent collection, compliance, and office operations.

You’ll support leadership, engage with residents, and help maintain an inclusive, growth-oriented workplace while supporting a team that values respect and open feedback.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• 1-2 years of administrative work in an office setting, property management preferred.
• 1-2 years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Active; walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Computer proficiency, including using the internet, Google or Microsoft programs and email.

Responsabilités

• Interact with current and prospective residents, providing excellent customer service.
• Help reach a 100% occupancy rate by marketing the community.
• Assist with 100% rent and fee collection in a timely manner and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company home standards through daily site walks.
• Maintain the property office and complete general office work by deadlines.
• Follow up promptly with prospects and applicants.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and state/local requirements.
• Assume leadership in the property in the absence of the Property Manager.
