You will perform cleaning, floor care, window washing, trash disposal, and light maintenance, with attention to detail and safety. A valid driver's license and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED with 1 year in groundskeeping, maintenance, or janitorial work.
• Knowledge of custodial techniques, methods, and equipment.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and establish working relationships.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Cleans offices, bathrooms, hallways, and vacant units to property standards.
• Sweeps, mops, waxes, and cleans windows as needed.
• Maintains restrooms, disposes of trash, and replenishes supplies.
• Performs grounds maintenance such as litter removal and plant care.
• Operates basic maintenance tools and reports safety issues.
