Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors LLC is seeking a Porter-Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our communities. You will manage grounds, parking areas, and common spaces, while delivering excellent resident service and supporting service requests.

The role is full-time with a Sunday–Thursday 7:00–3:00 schedule. Requirements include a GED or high school diploma, prior related experience, and a valid driver’s license; CPO certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior groundskeeping, janitorial, maintenance support, or property management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of common areas and upkeep of grounds, parking areas, and amenities.
• Inspect property areas for safety hazards and cleanliness; ensure standards.
• Complete resident service requests promptly and support move-ins/turnovers.
• Assist with unit inspections and make-ready tasks throughout the year.
