The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, with obligations to review policies, coordinate with partners, and maintain records. The position offers a hybrid schedule in Alpharetta, GA or Plano, TX, with licensure support within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or insurance preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Proven experience adjusting property claims, including investigation, coverage review, damage assessment, and settlement negotiation in short-term and multifamily industries.
• Active adjuster license preferred or willingness to obtain licensure within 60 days of employment.
• Working knowledge of insurance policies, claims practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to use claims management software, digital inspection tools, property management systems, and data analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, investigative, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process inbound claims in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from claimants, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Maintain constant communication with Property Management Companies.
• Research claim details and gather supporting documentation for complete processing.
• Track claim status and monitor workflow tasks for timely progression.
• Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate as needed.
• Review policies, coverage terms, exclusions, and limits to answer questions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, contractors, appraisers, and counsel to process claims efficiently.
• Keep stakeholders informed and provide consistent customer experience throughout the process.
• Assist with report generation and data tracking related to claim activity.
• Adhere to insurance laws, company procedures, data privacy, and security standards.
