Inhabit seeks a skilled Claims Adjuster Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, GA or Plano, TX. The role supports end-to-end claims processing, communicates with claimants, internal teams, and third parties, and ensures accurate documentation and timely resolution.

You will evaluate coverage, advocate for clients, and coordinate with insurance carriers while maintaining high customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Proven experience adjusting property claims, including investigation, coverage review, and settlement negotiation in multifamily segments.
• Active adjuster license preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process inbound claims per procedures.
• Respond to inquiries from claimants via phone and email with accurate information.
• Collaborate with Property Management Companies and internal teams.
• Research claim details and gather supporting documentation for complete processing.
• Track claim status and monitor workflow to ensure timely progression.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Review policies, coverage terms, exclusions, and limits to answer questions.
• Coordinate with carriers, contractors, appraisers, and counsel to process claims.
