Qualifications

• Experience as Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist in property claims.
• Knowledge of property insurance policies, coverage and claim handling practices.
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in assigned territory.
• Proficient in using claims management software and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clients, agents and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Gather information, document findings and prepare detailed reports to support claims handling.
• Interact with policyholders, agents and other parties to resolve claims efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process and address inquiries.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims up to $500,000.
• Evaluate coverage and negotiate settlements within policy provisions and guidelines.
