Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Gather information from policyholders, agents, and involved parties to resolve claims efficiently.
• Explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide insureds through the claims process with great service.
• Investigate and adjust claims with exposures up to $500,000.
• Evaluate coverage and policy terms for claim validity and compliance.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits.
