Brown & Brown is seeking a Property & Casualty Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Dedham, Boston, Merrimack or Holbrook offices. The role focuses on renewing established client books and maintaining strong client relationships.

Reporting to the Profit Center Leader or Sales leader, you will develop renewal proposals, collaborate with the Commercial Lines Team, and drive coverage recommendations while meeting agency standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or experience to commensurate the same.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• 2+ years experience functioning in an insurance agency or carrier including sales experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Travel may be required and driving your own vehicle may be needed.

Aufgaben

• Renew established book of business and maintain exceptional client relationships.
• Develop, present and sell renewal proposals to prospects.
• Gather information and deliver renewal proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with the Commercial Lines Team on renewals, proposals, and RFPs.
• Attend regular sales meetings and participate in agency activities.
• Assist marketing with quotations and placement of coverage.
