Job summary

The Juris Agency in Greensboro, NC is seeking motivated Service Representatives to start a career in the insurance industry. This role offers monthly bonuses for productivity and comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed and best serve customers!

You will meet performance goals, solicit warm leads, develop quotes, and assist in policy management while maintaining compliance. A P&C license is preferred; licensing options are provided if not licensed.

Qualifications

• NC Property & Casualty license preferred; licensing options provided if not licensed.
• Sales or service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Bilingual, English/Spanish beneficial, but not required.
