Job summary

The Juris Agency in Greensboro, NC is seeking highly motivated service representatives to start a career in the insurance industry. You will learn and grow through ongoing training, work with warm leads, and strive to meet performance goals while building strong client relationships.

This role offers licensing support if not already licensed, a monthly productivity bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement and PTO.

Qualifications

• NC Property & Casualty Licensed Preferred, if not licensed we provide licensing options.
• Sales or Service experience is a plus.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet performance goals as established.
• Solicits warm leads for new business.
• Develop insurance quotes and finalize policies.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Make changes to policies and advise on coverages.
• Thoroughly understand and follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
