Job summary

Copeland Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated Property & Casualty Account Manager to manage an existing book of business, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure proper insured coverage and carriers. This role emphasizes servicing existing clients while identifying opportunities for account growth.

Responsibilities include handling policy changes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and accurate client records, with collaboration with Sales Agents to transition new business

Qualifications

• Nevada General Property & Casualty License required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in agency management systems (Applied Epic, PL Rater preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of P&C clients.
• Understand clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Address and resolve client questions, concerns, and service issues.
• Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Sales Agents to transition new business smoothly.
