Copeland Insurance Group in Waco, TX is seeking a dedicated Property & Casualty Account Manager to service an existing book of business and grow relationships with clients. You will handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations while staying current on products and carrier guidelines.

Qualifications

• Texas General Property & Casualty License required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in agency management systems (Applied Epic, PL Rater preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of P&C clients.
• Understand clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Address and resolve client questions, concerns, and service issues.
• Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Sales Agents to transition new business smoothly.
