Job summary

Copeland Insurance Group in Nevada seeks a dedicated Property & Casualty Account Manager to service an existing book of business and ensure clients are properly insured with appropriate coverages. You will handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes while maintaining client records and addressing questions with professionalism.

Collaborate with Sales to transition new business and stay current on carrier guidelines and regulatory changes, focusing on accuracy and customer service

Qualifications

• Nevada General Property & Casualty License required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in agency management systems (Applied Epic, PL Rater preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of P&C clients.
• Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Address and resolve client questions, concerns, and service issues.
• Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Sales Agents to transition new business smoothly.
