Copeland Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated Property & Casualty Account Manager to maintain and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring proper coverage with suitable carriers.

The role requires a Nevada P&C license, a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic, PL Rater preferred), and strong Excel and organizational skills. Independence and teamwork are valued in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Nevada General Property & Casualty License required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in agency management systems (Applied Epic, PL Rater preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of P&C clients.
• Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Address and resolve client questions, concerns, and service issues.
• Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Sales Agents to transition new business smoothly.
