Qualifications

• License in Property & Casualty Insurance (TX, NV, OK, and/or OR preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in agency account management software (Applied Epic, PL Rater).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Network and build relationships with potential clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
• Complete all necessary insurance policy paperwork.
• Stay up to date with changes in products, compliance and regulations.
• Maintain records of policies sold and prospective clients.
• Address and resolve client questions and complaints promptly and professionally.
