Bryson seeks a Property & Casualty Account Manager to own local and national accounts, collaborating with Producers and Account Executives to deliver exceptional client service and drive retention. You will nurture relationships, manage day-to-day service, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a focus on timely, accurate processing of documents and data in EPIC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in insurance agency customer service.
• California Property & Casualty license active.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Sound business acumen and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client service relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare proposals for new business and client renewals.
• Process audits, endorsements, ID cards, MVRs in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with producers and account executives to grow the book.
• Input and track activities in EPIC and communicate resources to clients.
