Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. in the Twin Cities area seeks a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance to keep our locations clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will perform minor repairs, handle unit turnovers, and support ongoing maintenance and inspections.

The role requires working Monday through Friday 7am–6pm, with duties ranging from routine upkeep to coordinating bids for contracted work. Join a team focused on safe, accessible housing.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs.
• Work independently.
• Effective communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to interact with individuals.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday 7am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs.
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers.
