LDG Development seeks a Porter to maintain cleanliness and appearance of Riverport Landing properties in Louisville, KY. You will uphold grounds, common areas, and apartments with dependable, detail-oriented effort.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and responsive maintenance, with opportunities for bonus eligibility and benefits. Candidates should be able to perform physical duties and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform physical labor up to eight hours daily.
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the property's grounds, common areas, and apartments.
• Ensure clubhouse, offices, models, and common areas are safe and sanitary.
• Keep trash, debris, and animal waste away from the property.
• Maintain landscaping and watering of flowers.
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Communicate with Property/Service Manager about maintenance or curb appeal issues.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Attend in-service training and follow all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
