Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Support Assistant (Housekeeper/Painter/Groundskeeper/Porter) to keep common areas, exterior grounds, and vacants clean and presentable to support resident satisfaction and leasing success.

The role involves cleaning, grounds maintenance, pool support, and reporting maintenance issues, with safety and appearance standards guided by the company. Evening/weekend shifts may be required as part of emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to use cleaning agents and equipment safely.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, amenities, laundry rooms, common areas, models, and vacant units.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and dumpster areas.
• Maintain landscaping appearance, flowerbeds, grass areas, and exterior presentation.
• Assist with pool upkeep, snow removal, or seasonal property tasks as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Other tasks designated by supervisor.
