Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Support Assistant (Housekeeper/Painter/Groundskeeper/Porter) to maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and readiness of common areas, exterior grounds, and vacant units to support resident satisfaction and leasing success.

Join our on-site team in Riverview, FL to perform routine cleaning, trash removal, landscaping upkeep, pool tasks as needed, and report issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to use cleaning agents and equipment safely.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, and service mindset.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, amenities, laundry rooms, common areas, models, and vacant units.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and dumpster areas.
• Maintain landscaping appearance, flowerbeds, grass areas, and exterior presentation.
• Assist with pool upkeep, snow removal, or seasonal property tasks as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
