Job summary

Bridge Property Management seeks a Service Support Assistant to maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and readiness of common areas, exterior grounds, and vacant units to support resident satisfaction and leasing success.

You will perform cleaning tasks, manage grounds upkeep, assist with pool and seasonal property duties, and promptly report maintenance issues while adhering to safety procedures. Ability to lift 50 lbs and basic digital work orders knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Use cleaning agents and equipment safely.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, and service mindset.
• Experience in multifamily porter, janitorial, housekeeping, or grounds.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual communication ability where useful for property.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, amenities, laundry rooms, common areas, models, and vacant units.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and dumpster areas.
• Maintain landscaping appearance, flowerbeds, grass areas, and exterior presentation.
• Assist with pool upkeep, snow removal, or seasonal property tasks.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors and follow safety standards.
• Other duties designated by supervisor.
