Job summary

Bridge Property Management seeks a Service Support Assistant to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across common areas, exterior grounds, and vacant units. This role supports resident satisfaction and leasing success through housekeeping, painting, grounds tasks, and porter duties.

Ideal candidates will follow safety procedures, work well in a team, and handle multiple property tasks with attention to detail. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures when handling cleaning agents and equipment.
• Demonstrates reliability, teamwork and service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, amenities, laundry rooms, common areas, models, and vacant units.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and dumpster areas.
• Maintain landscaping appearance and exterior presentation.
• Assist with pool upkeep, snow removal, or seasonal property tasks as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Perform other tasks designated by supervisor.
