Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Support Assistant to maintain clean and appealing common areas, grounds, and vacant units. You will support leasing success by ensuring property readiness and curb appeal, while following safety and appearance standards.

Preferred candidates include those with janitorial or grounds experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work as part of a team. Bilingual skills are a plus for resident communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to use cleaning agents and equipment safely.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, and service mindset.
• Multifamily porter, janitorial, housekeeping, or grounds experience is a plus.
• Bilingual communication ability where useful for property.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, amenities, laundry rooms, common areas, models, and vacant units.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and dumpster areas.
• Maintain landscaping appearance and exterior presentation.
• Assist with pool upkeep, snow removal, or seasonal property tasks as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
