Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Support Assistant to maintain cleanliness of offices, common areas, and vacant units, supporting resident satisfaction and leasing success.

You will clean, remove debris, maintain landscaping, and assist with pool upkeep, snow removal, and other seasonal tasks, while following safety procedures.

Experience in multifamily porter roles and bilingual communication is a plus; high school diploma or GED preferred; basic use of Yardi/SmartRent is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to use cleaning agents and equipment safely.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, and service mindset.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Bilingual communication ability where useful for property.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, amenities, laundry rooms, common areas, models, and vacant units.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and dumpster areas.
• Maintain landscaping appearance, flowerbeds, grass areas, and exterior presentation.
• Assist with pool upkeep, snow removal, or seasonal property tasks as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Other tasks designated by supervisor
